Arrival and Departure

If you book accommodation on a weekly basis, some accommodations have Saturday as the changeover day. Alternative arrival and/or departure dates can be arranged in advance.

The room or house you rent is available from 4:00 PM on the day your rental period begins. On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10:00 AM to ensure we have enough time to prepare the rooms and houses for the next guests.

Cleaning

Final cleaning is included in the rental price. However, we expect you to tidy up the room or house during your stay. Trash containers are available at various locations in the village. We kindly ask you to dispose of your waste there. Additionally, if you are staying in accommodation with shared facilities, please be considerate of other guests using these facilities. Therefore, we kindly ask you to wash all used kitchenware if you use the kitchen during your stay.

 

Prices

Gas, water, and electricity are included in our prices, provided they are not used excessively.

Bed Linen and Towels All bed linen and towels are provided. For those staying for longer periods, all sheets and towels are replaced weekly.

Furniture

The house is fully furnished. The kitchen includes a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, and sufficient crockery and kitchenware.

Pets For those renting rooms, pets are not allowed out of respect for other guests. However, if you rent the entire house, pets are allowed, provided you indicate how many pets you plan to bring when booking.

Reservations and Payments Reservations can only be made via email. By booking, you confirm that you agree to these terms. Within 24 hours of your booking, you will receive an email confirmation and an invoice. The invoice will include a 25% deposit, which must be paid within 7 days of booking, and a 75% balance, which must be paid no later than 3 weeks before your arrival. If the reservation is made within 3 weeks before arrival, the full rental amount must be paid within 7 days of booking. If payment is not made within the specified periods, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

 

Cancellations and Cancellation Fees

Cancellations of reservations must also be made via email. You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation within 24 hours.

 

Within the first 7 days after your reservation, no cancellation fees will be charged by Spanjeanders. This 7-day period allows you to arrange your travel plans to Cómpeta without pressure or risk. Outside this 7-day grace period, the following cancellation fees apply:

• The cancellation fee is 25% up to 3 weeks before arrival.

• The cancellation fee is 75% between 3 weeks and 1 week before arrival.

• The cancellation fee is 90% within 1 week before arrival.

Since budget flights often incur high cancellation fees, we advise you to take out travel insurance when booking your flights to protect yourself against the potential risk and loss of having to cancel flights and accommodations.
