Trek Cómpeta - Fornes

Spectacular 2-day trek over the mountain range to Fornes (Granada) and back to Cómpeta.

Price per person: € 45,- p.p. incl. accommodation.

Day 1: Transfer from Cómpeta to Fabrica de Luz de Canillas, walk via Cueva del Melero and the old mule track along Venta Lopez crossing river Añales to La Resinera. Overnight in B & B Fornes.
 ± 22 km/7 hours.
Height gain 810 m, height loss 535 m.


Day 2: walk back to Cómpeta via another route over the mule track along Venta Pradillos.
± 16 km/6 hours.
Height gain 475 m, height loss 780 m.

  

This 2-day walk can be done self-guided everyday of the week (with exception of the months July and August) or as participant of a group with a qualified guide. We offer this 2-day walk in both cases at a price of € 45,- p.p.
This price includes: transfer Cómpeta – Fabrica de Luz, accommodation in double room in Fornes + breakfast, extensive walking descriptions with GPS waypoints and good maps (self-guided) or with an experienced and qualified guide during the whole trek (groupwalk).

Self-guided a minimum of 2 persons is required.
For the groupwalk with guide a minimum of 6 participants is required.
